Our Rates

KEMA House

High Season (June-Sept.):

$1,675 per week

$265 per night (3 night minimum)

Low Season (Oct.-May):

$1,250 per week

$195 per night (2 night minimum)

KEMA Cabin

High Season (June-Sept.):

$785 per week

$125 per night (3 night minimum)

Ask about adding a tent

Low Season (Oct.-May):

$535 per week

$85 per night (2 night minimum)

Reservation Process

Request to reserve.

Reservation request will be accepted or declined.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an approved reservation. A damage deposit may be requested.

Final 50% payment is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Rental Terms

To be observed as part of a KEMA rental:

Check-in after 4 pm.

Check-out before 11 am.

Rental deposit is non-refundable.

Strictly no smoking.

Towels are not to be used as beach towels. Extra charges apply to heavily soiled towels or linens.

Guests must remove their garbage from property at end of stay.
